Write the useful facts first

Define the audience, real offer, service boundaries and tone. Separate the business’s own identity from its technology providers. Use a legal or trading name only when its role is verified.

  • Explain the customer problem in ordinary language.
  • Use consistent naming across the website.
  • Choose genuine evidence rather than unsupported superlatives.
  • Document approved wording in both languages.

Make the identity usable

A logo and colour system should remain legible on a phone, at small sizes and with strong contrast. Typography must support Bangla as well as English. Keep navigation and content patterns consistent across pages.
